How to play Maze Adventure

Try Maze Adventure at your own pace and keep its objective in view. Move into the exit at the bottom right. The game counts the steps you take. Look at what changes after your first action. Compare the starting position with the example in the Guide. Look at what changes after your first action.

A useful comparison

Compare the worked example with your own position. Use the reasoning, not an answer copied from a different board. Keep the objective visible.

Your goal

Move into the exit at the bottom right. The game counts the steps you take. An attractive position is not enough unless the goal is met. Take a moment to understand the current position.

Step by step

  1. Start from the upper-left cell.
  2. Move through openings using arrow keys or direction buttons.
  3. You may also tap a neighbouring cell connected by an open passage.
  4. Reach the gold exit or generate a new maze.

Controls

Arrow keys, on-screen direction buttons, or a click/tap on an adjacent reachable cell. Read a button’s label before selecting it. Return to the rules if the result is unexpected.

A useful example

If a wall blocks the cell to your right, try another opening; the token cannot move through walls. Use the example as a guide rather than a substitute for reading your board. Choose a deliberate next step.

Watch out for this

Only immediately adjacent cells can be reached in one move. Compare the situation with the worked example. Locate the buttons and input area before beginning a long round. Use the on-screen labels to avoid an accidental restart.
